Meeting a Massive Market Need
The infrastructure required to power the future of transportation does not exist at scale. In cities, this stubborn problem is not a result of the underlying economics of transportation electrification. Electrification lowers recurring fuel costs by 75% vis-à-vis modern diesel vans, returning a multiple of the savings in value to operators.
Why We Formed REMAP
The problem results from the challenging execution of utility-scale power projects in urban environments. This dynamic has created a massive market need and pent-up demand for urban EV fleet infrastructure. REMAP was formed in 2022 to fill this considerable capability gap in the market, solve the electrification at scale problem, and meet the massive and growing market demand for urban EV fleet infrastructure.

He brings broad expertise in creating value across all real estate asset classes and over a decade of experience executing some of the world’s most complex, innovative, and iconic projects, including Hudson Yards.
